Reply on behalf of respondent-State has been filed in the Court today and the same is taken on record. A copy thereof has been supplied to learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel submit that the private respondents have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners. As per reply, the statements of the petitioners as well as private respondents were recorded by the police and the private respondents have no objection to the marriage of the petitioners.
In view of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned State counsel, the present petition has become infructuous.
