Present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of FIR No.85 dated 27.4.2010, under Sections 447/511/506 IPC, registered at Police Station Division No.6, Industrial Area, Ludhiana.
Learned counsel for the State assisted by learned counsel for the complainant-respondent No.2, after seeking instructions from HC Ravinder Kumar, states that charges have been framed and even five prosecution witnesses have been examined. The case is standstill due to non-appearance of co-accused Neeraj Sharma – petitioner in connected Crl. Misc. No. M-16443 of 2011, which has been dismissed as not pressed today by a separate order.
Keeping in view the above, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition.
Dismissed as not pressed.
