Statement of Sarpanch Neelam and Piara Siungh Sarpanch have been placed on the record, in which it is mentioned that Jarnail Singh has entered into second marriage with Sukhdev Kaur @ Sukho daughter of the petitioner and on that account they are evading service.
Previously also father of Jarnail Singh has stated that Jarnail Singh is living happily with Sukhdev Kaur.
So, in these circumstances, the present petition is clearly an abuse of the process of the law and is dismissed.
