Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, fairly states that in view of the order passed today allowing Crl.Misc.No.M-9183 of 2012, whereby the FIR No.32 dated 18.2.1992 under Sections 386, 387 IPC registered at Police Station Division No.5, Ludhiana, has been ordered to be quashed, the instant petition has been rendered infructuous and may be disposed of as such.
In view of the above statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is ordered to be disposed of as having been rendered
infructuous.
