“that she is resident of Mandi Kalanwali and in the month of August 2001 the accused had visited her house and expressed her desire to see the DARI, which she showed to her and being a good neighbourer, she handed over the said DARI to accused and accused promised to return the same after some days but despite repeated requests, the same was not returned on one pretext or the other. It is mentioned that in September, 2001 the accused visited her house with a cup of tea and stated that some guests had to pay visit at her house, therefore, she stated that some bedding would be required. When the complainant took the said cup of tea, she lost her conscious and whatever the accused No.1 instructed, she did the same and handed over her four quilts, four daris, four bedding, four pillows, four khais and two blankets and the accused further assured that she would return the said articles after some time. It is further averred that due to the effect of some substance in the tea, complainant was in the timid state and was frightened. When the complainant demanded back the said material from the accused, then she threatened that she will be done to death and she will be harmed physically and mentally. The complainant further stated that in the month of November 2001 the accused again came to her house and stated that neither her in laws liked her nor her husband liked her and thereafter she handed over one tablet of 'sulfas' to administer to her husband, which would lead to his death and thereafter accused would arrange her second marriage.
