This is revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India seeking direction to the trial court i.e. learned Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ludhiana for expeditious disposal of application filed by the petitioner for revocation of Succession Certificate dated 23.09.2008 granted pursuant to order dated 22.05.2008 passed by the then Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ludhiana.
Grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner's application is pending for final arguments for the last one year.
Status report has been received from the trial court, pursuant to

order of the preceding date.
File was put up before the present Presiding Officer for the first time on 23.07.2011. It is mentioned in the status report that the Presiding Officer is presently holding charge of two courts since 06.09.2011 i.e. charge of Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Ludhiana, in addition to his own Court.
Petitioner's application is now fixed before the trial court on
03.03.2012.
The instant revision petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to dispose of the petitioner's application positively by end of March 2012. The trial court may also consider the feasibility of pre-poning the date of hearing in the application, if the docket of the Court so permits.
