The revision petition is against an order rejecting the compromise in the Lok Adalat. The petitioner has been a party to a settlement to which she has affixed thumb impression. The Lok Adalat has passed an order in terms of the settlement. The revision is filed contending that she has affixed the thumb impression without being apprised of the terms of settlement. The matter of factual nature of whether the party was aware or not cannot be opened for the first time before this Court in a revision. The revision is not tenable. The same is dismissed accordingly.
