This petition assails the order dated 12.4.2010 passed by the District Judge, Family Court, Gurgaon, awarding a sum of Rs.1,500/- per month as maintenance pendente lite to the petitioner-wife besides Rs.2,500/as litigation expenses.
Having examined the impugned order, it transpires that the trial court considered the respondent-husband as labourer and treated his income as Rs.3,500/- per month and directed him to pay a sum of Rs.1,500/as maintenance pendente lite to the respondent-wife and litigation expenses to the tune of Rs.2,500/-.
The maintenance awarded by the trial court appears to be quite reasonable and adequate.
No grounds to interfere. Dismissed.
