Learned counsel, who filed the present petition submitted that after the death of the petitioner, he had sought time to bring his legal representatives on record on 6.9.2011. Though he had tried to contact the person who was pursuing the case for doing the needful, however, he is not responding.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
