Counsel appearing on both the sides stat that there has been settlement before the Mediation Center and the parties have entered into compromise. In terms of the compromise the petitioner No.4 has agreed to pay Rs.6,00,000/- to the respondents as lump sum in the shape of demand draft. The said payment was required to be made before 30.10.2012.
Counsel for the revision-petitioners tenders demand draft drawn in the name of respondents drawn on State Bank of India. Counsel for the respondents acknowledges the receipt of the same.
The civil revision is disposed of in terms of the compromise. The compromise shall form part of the decree.
