This is a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for issuing direction to the trial Court to close the evidence of the plaintiff/respondent and to decide the case at an early date.
The report of the trial Court has been received, in which, it is mentioned that the issues were framed in this case on 18.11.2010 and now the case is fixed for 11.04.2012, for evidence of the plaintiff, subject to cost of Rs.300/- and last opportunity has been granted.
In view of the above, it is clear that the trial Court is taking necessary steps for expeditious trial, therefore, no further direction is required, except that the trial Court shall expedite the trial.
The petition stands disposed of.
