This order shall dispose of two connected revision petition Nos. 2529 and 2570 of 2011, having arisen out of common order and involving similar question of law.
After hearing learned counsel for the parties, both the petitions are allowed with the observations that after the additional evidence sought for by the plaintiff is permitted, the defendant-respondent would also be at liberty to prove the sale deed dated 3.12.2001 registered on 5.12.2001 and the registered sale deed dated 12.11.2001 and 1.2.2001, by taking all the necessary steps in rebuttal, under the law.
