Reply-affidavit filed in Court by the respondents is taken on
record.
It is averred in the reply-affidavit that on consideration of the representation moved by the petitioners, the pay of five of them has been re-fixed, whereas, payment of arrears on account of pay fixation has been made to all the petitioners except one Mrs.Savitri Gupta to whom the payment shall be made within a period of two weeks.
In this view of the matter, there is no need to continue with these contempt proceedings which are accordingly dropped and the contempt petition is disposed of accordingly.
