Respondent No.2 has filed the reply-affidavit alongwith a speaking order dated 24.7.2012 (Annexure R-1) whereby claim of the petitioner for promotion as Senior Laboratory Attendant/Library Restorer has been rejected. So, the only direction issued vide order dated 25.8.2011 to consider and dispose of the petitioner's claim being complied with, I deem it appropriate to dispose of this contempt petition as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to impugn the speaking order dated 24.7.2012 before an appropriate forum, if so advised.
