This order will dispose of COCP Nos. 1872, 1987, 2079 to 2082, 2263 to 2267, 2282 to 2288 of 2012 as common questions of law and facts are involved therein.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that another contempt petition bearing COCP No. 1927 of 2012 Parveen Kumar and another vs Shri K. B. S. Sidhu, IAS and another where the petitioners therein had approached this court alleging violation of order passed by this court in their favour for consideration of their claim for employment under Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme dated 8.11.1993, was disposed of vide order dated 30.7.2012, taking note of the undertaking given by counsel for the respondents therein that appropriate order considering the cases of the petitioners therein in terms of the aforesaid policy shall be passed within one month from the date of the order.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the present bunch of petitions be also disposed of in terms of the aforesaid order.
Learned for the State did not dispute the aforesaid factual position.
Considering the aforesaid stand of learned counsel for the parties, the present bunch of petitions is disposed of in terms of order dated 30.7.2012 passed in Parveen Kumar' s case (supra).
