First respondent has filed the reply-affidavit alongwith orders dated 4.4.2012, 11.1.2012 and 11.1.2012 (Annexures R-1 to R-3, respectively) passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court which clearly suggest that the main case is sub-judice before the Supreme Court.
This contempt petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to seek its revival, if so required, after the decision of the Supreme Court.
