This appeal has been filed against an order dated 31.3.2011, rejecting an application filed by the appellant to bring earth from outside, so as to make raw bricks. The impugned order is an interim order. CWP No.13241 of 2010 is fixed for arguments on 5.5.2011.
Taking note of the same, without adverting to merits of the case, we dispose of this appeal with a hope that the writ petition will be heard and decided on the date fixed or may be immediately thereafter.
