that the plea for award of interest has been raised before the learned Single Judge but the same has not been dealt with. If that be so then an appropriate remedy for the appellant is to approach the learned Single Judge with the prayer for grant of award of interest on the delayed payment of various retiral benefits.
Accordingly, the appellant is relegated to the remedy in accordance with law before the learned Single Judge.
The appeal stands disposed of.
