"4. On being asked as to whether after expiry of 19 years from the date of selection under challenge, the appellants are still eligible to be considered for the post, learned counsel for the appellants fairly stated that now the appellants have become over age. We find that no irregularity or illegality has been committed by learned Single Judge, declining to grant relief to the petitioner on the ground that after expiry of 18 years, selection made in 1991 should not be questioned.
