Lakhwinder Kaur Vs. State of Punjab & others
Present: Ms. Harpreet Kaur, Advocate for the appellant.
Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has approached the competent authority for supply of the copy of the policy relating to the grant of benefits to the victims of terrorism, however, the same is not available right now. She seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file a fresh one as and when the copy of the policy is made available.
Prayer allowed.
Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.
