An affidavit of Sh.Ram Lal, Executive Engineer, Mewat Water Services Division, Nuh, District Mewat has been put on record, wherein it is stated that three awards dated 7.2.2011, 15.2.2011 and 11.3.2011 have been passed which cover grant of compensation qua the land of the petitioners.
In view of above, this writ petition has become infructuous. The petitioners may, if not satisfied with the amount of compensation, may avail legal remedy as per law.
