The petitioner has retired in the year 2005. He is praying for fixing his seniority from 1978 in his parent cadre. The petitioner has waited far too long to invoke the writ jurisdiction of this court for settling his seniority dispute. The petitioner had all the time in world to seek his seniority from 1978 till his retirement in 2005. No case for invoking writ jurisdiction is made out due to inordinate and long delay.
Dismissed.
