The prayer in this petiton is for issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction, calling upon the respondents to decide the petitioner's application for recognition, expeditiously.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Haryana School Education Act, 1995 read with Haryana School Education Rules, 2003, requires the respondents to decide an application for recognition within six months, but the petitioner's application has been pending for the last about two years. It is further submitted that as the petitioner's premises have been inspected on two separate occasions, a direction may be issued to respondents to decide the petitioner's application, within a fixed period of time.
Counsel for the State of Haryana submits that instructions

have already been issued to all Deputy Commissioners, heading State Level Committees, to finalise cases of permanent recognitions under provisions of the Haryana School Education (Amended Rules, 2009) forthwith.
In view of the arguments addressed by counsel for the petitioner and the statement made by counsel for the State of Haryana, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Deputy Commissioner/District Level Committee/competent authority to decide the petitioner's application for permanent recognition, within one month from the receipt of a certified copy of this order.
