It is not a matter of dispute that Civil Writ Petition No.1456 of 2011 filed by Swaran Singh, similarly situated candidate, has already been dismissed as withdrawn, to avail his appropriate remedy under the law on 15.02.2011.
Therefore, the instant writ petition is also dismissed as withdrawn, to enable the petitioner, to avail his appropriate remedy as well.
Needless to mention that, if the petitioner moves an application for condonation of delay, then the same will be considered sympathetically.
