Mr.J.N.Gupta has put in appearance for large number of petitioners. The counsel submits that the writ petition is rendenred infructuous as the services of the petitioners have been regularised. The prayer made in the petition was only for regularising their services.
The writ petition, therefore, is dismissed as having been rendered infrucutous. If any of the petitioner is not represented before the court and is still left with any grievance, then he would be at liberty to revive this petition qua him.
