Learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy as may available under the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
However, we may notice that the petitioners in terms of the
interim order have deposited over Rs.12 lacs. Such deposit is without prejudice to the rights of the petitioners in proceedings, which the petitioners may invoke under the Act.
