Petitioner, who was employed as a Lecturer in the college cadre in the Department of Education, Government of Punjab had retired on superannuation on 30.9.2003. He was granted pension. He by filing the present writ petition is claiming revision of his pension w.e.f. 1.1.2006 in terms of the instructions dated 17.8.2009(P2) and further clarified vide instructions dated 30.12.2010 (P4).
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel seeks permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a detailed representation before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
