On 15.11.2011, on the request made by the counsel for the petitioner the matter was adjourned when the learned counsel argued that the land belonging to the petitioner in fact was released but there was no document on the record to show that the land of the petitioner has been released nor any order of competent authority was placed on record. Some documents are sought to be relied upon on the resumed hearing but there is no clear mention with regard to the release of land in respect of petitioner-Sohan Lal.
In view of the above, we dismiss the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh one on the same cause of action by attaching all the relevant documents concerning release of the land belonging to the petitioner. Dismissed with liberty aforementioned.
