The petitioner has invoked the provisions of Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing the promotions of respondent Nos. 3 and 4 vide Annexures P-9, P-18 and P-19. Petitioner has further sought issuance of direction to the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Assistant Engineer II from the date when respondent No.3 was promoted as Assistant Engineer II.
Mr. P.C. Goyal, has stated that the claim of the petitioner has been decided in the separate case.
In this view of the matter this petition appears to have become infructuous.
Anyway, none has put in appearance on behalf of the
petitioner.
Dismissed for non-prosecution.
