The petitioners have invoked the provisions of Article 226 of the Constitution of India for quashing the order dated 22.09.1993 (Annexure P-4), vide which they were reverted from regular workmates to the posts of daily wagers.
Learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners are now working as regular employees.
A similar Writ Petition No. 12019 of 1993 titled as 'Inder Parkash and others Vs. Haryana State Electricity Board and others' was decided by this Court on 15.03.2010, regarding the same matter, wherein the respondent-board had stated that the services of the petitioners of that case were regularised. Copy of that order has been placed on record.
In view of the aforesaid order and the fact that the petitioners have been working as regular employees, the present petition has become infructuous and the same is hereby dismissed.
