Hari Om Gandhi Vs State of Haryana and Ors.

The instant petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution for issuance of direction to respondent Nos. 2 to 4 to take immediate action on the inquiry conducted by respondent No.4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has pointed out by reading various charges given in the final enquiry report (P-2), at page 28 that there is a list of those farmers in Deed File No. 2 Page No. 3 to 129, in the name of whom the loan has been taken by the officials of Karnal Cooperative Sugar Mill Limited, Karnal by forging their signatures. Those details are missing from the pleadings. Learned counsel for the petitioner is granted permission to withdraw the petition with the liberty to file fresh one on the same cause of

action by incorporating all the details. Such details might be obtained under the Right to Information Act, 2005 by the learned counsel for

the petitioner if so advised.
