After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner, going through the record with her valuable assistance and after deep consideration over the entire matter, the instant writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Secretary, Government of Punjab, Department of Rural Development and Panchayats-respondent No.1 (appellate authority), to decide the stay application (Annexure P8) filed by the petitioner on the next date of hearing positively.
Meanwhile, the operation of the impugned order (Annexure P4) shall
remain stayed.
