This Court has taken notice of an un-signed letter claiming to be on behalf of Surjit Singh Chohla Saheb in respect of rape of minor girl, Manjinder Kaur which led to registration of FIR No.01.06.2011 Police Station City Tarn Taran.
Mr. Mann has pointed out that two independent petitions, i.e., CRM No.25806 of 2011 filed by Joginder Sharma, Advocate and CRM No.18594 of 2011 filed by Sukhpreet Kaur, mother of the minor girl, in respect of the same issue, as raised in the present petition, are pending for consideration before this Court.
In view of the said fact, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioners in the aforesaid cases to raise all pleas in such petitions.
