The petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus directing the District Magistrate, Ludhiana to grant assistance under Section 14 of the Securitization of Security Interest Act, 2002.
Reply was filed by the District Magistrate, Ludhiana stating therein that he has passed an order dated 14.10.2011, directing the Commissioner of Police to provide police help to the petitioner to avoid any untoward incident. It has been also ordered that such order is subject to stay, if any, granted by any Court of law.
In view of the said fact, no further orders are called
for.
