The petitioner seeks a Mandamus for directing the respondent Bank to settle his accounts after receiving the amount in lump-sum.
Learned counsel for the respondents has handed-over a complete statement of accounts to the petitioner who shall now be at liberty to make a representation to the respondent Bank for settlement of his accounts. If any such representation is made, the respondent Bank is directed to consider and dispose of the same, in accordance with law. If ultimately the accounts are settled to the satisfaction of both the parties, No Dues Certificate shall be issued to the petitioner.
