As per the instructions received by the State counsel, the petitioner had closed down the business in the year 1992. This information, however, is not with the counsel for the petitioner.
In view of this fact, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such. If the petitioner still has any grievance and has not closed down the business, he would be at liberty to get the writ petition revived.
