The order of the Full Bench in CWP No. 13440 of 1989 dated 08.08.1996 has been placed before us. On going through the said order, we find that writ petitions raising similar issues had been dismissed by the Full Bench.
Consequently, following the order of the Full Bench dated 08.08.1996 passed in CWP No. 13440 of 1989, all these writ petitions are dismissed.
