This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for directing respondent No.2 and 3 for providing adequate security and protection to the life and liberty of the petitioners from the hands of respondent Nos.4 to 6 and further not to harass and interfere in the peaceful married life of the petitioners.
Reply has been filed by Shri Badri Parshad, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Headquarter, Panchkula, in which it has been stated that statements of respondent Nos.4 to 6 has been recorded to the effect that they have no objection to the marriage solemnized by the petitioners and there is no threat to the life and liberty of the petitioners on their side. The police is keeping strict vigil on the security of such couples who have got marriage against the wishes of their parents.
In view of this fact, no further orders are required to be passed in this criminal miscellaneous petition.
