The letter, vide Endst.No.7177-80/EA/RK dated 15.3.1994, submitted by the State counsel is taken on record. The State counsel urged that since respondent No.1 has already been taken in service, so, the present writ petition becomes infructuous, which may be dismissed as such.
In this view of the matter, the instant writ petition is ordered to be dismissed as having become infructuous, as prayed for.
