The petitioner prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to offer possession after removing the trees on the plot allotted to the petitioner.
Counsel for the respondents states that the trees have been removed and the petitioner is free to approach the Estate Officer, Panipat, on any working day for delivery of possession.
In view of the statement made by counsel for the respondents, the present petition has been rendered infructuous and is disposed of accordingly.
