This is a petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for setting aside the charge sheets (P-1, 6, 14) and punishment orders (P-3, 8, 11 and 15).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was imposed penalty on 30.12.2004, 28.03.2005 and 30.05.2005. However, in pursuance to the said orders, punishment for recovery of ` 1.65 lacs has been imposed upon him, whereas, his review petition is still pending for disposal.

In view of the above, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.1, who is stated to be an appropriate authority, to decide the said review petitions i.e. Annexures P-5, P-13 and P-17 within one month from the receipt of a copy of this order.
