This criminal revision has been filed against the order dated 23.7.2010 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Faridabad, awarding maintenance allowance of Rs.6000/- per month to respondent No.-wife and Rs.9000/- per month to respondent No.2-daughter from the date of filing of petition.
Affidavits moved on behalf of parties are taken on record. An amount of Rs.6.75 lacs has been given to the respondent-wife in the Court by way of demand drafts bearing numbers 861242 dated 22.1.2011 amounting to Rs.2,75,000/-, draft No. 861059 dated 20.12.2010 amounting to Rs.1,00,000/both drawn at Oriental Bank of Commerce, Ballabgarh, draft No. 675074 dated 18.12.2010 amounting to Rs.2,00,000/- drawn at State Bank of India and draft No.066016 dated 20.12.2010 amounting to Rs.1,00,000/- drawn at HDFC Bank. Remaining amount of Rs.6.75 lacs is to be paid by way of demand draft No.066935 dated 31.1.2011 drawn at HDFC Bank, NIT Faridabad tomorrow. This

draft is in favour of respondent No.2-daughter of the parties. It is further settled that petitioner-father will pay a sum of Rs.50,000/- annually to respondent No.2daughter namely Anshika Katyal for seven years. The period of seven years shall commence w.e.f. 01.01.2012 and the last annual payment of Rs.50,000/- shall be made on 01.01.2018. As per terms and conditions of the compromise, parties have settled the dispute. Parties are present in Court.
In view of compromise effected between the parties, the criminal
revision is disposed of.
