This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C for quashing of FIR No.184 dated 23.08.2007 under Sections 120-B, 420m 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC and Section 13 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, the charge sheet and all consequent proceedings arising therefrom.
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file revision against the order framing charge.
Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
