The present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed on behalf of Ishwar Nath Yogi for issuing directions to official respondents to provide him security and protection and to take action against respondents No.4 to 8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner was given beatings and in this regard a written complaint was made to concerned SHO but no action has been taken. Learned counsel further contends that the petitioner is being harassed by respondents No.4 to 8 and they are having evil eye on the property of the temple.

Heard the arguments advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner and have also gone through the other documents available on file.

On the last date of hearing, counsel for the petitioner sought time to place on record certain documents including the medical report with

regard to injury but inspite of taking time, no such document has been placed on record. Although allegations are there that the petitioner was given beatings at the instance of respondents No.4 to 8 but nothing is there on the record to show that the petitioner was given beatings. Simply by mentioning that the petitioner was given beatings is not sufficient ground to issue any directions. Moreover, the dispute is there between the petitioner and respondent No.4 and 8 and because of that litigation the allegations seems to be alleged against private respondents. Accordingly, there is no merit in the petition and the same is dismissed accordingly.
