Affidavit of Naresh Kumar, Superintendent of Police (Head Quarters), officiating Senior Superintendent of Police, Faridkot, handed over in the Court today is taken on record.
Inspector Gurpreet Singh, member of the Special Investigating Team, has stated that investigation in the present case is complete and as per investigation Rajpal is involved in the present case. He further states that challan is ready, however, necessary permission is to be obtained from the District and Sessions Judge to prosecute Rajpal, Process Server.
In view of this, no further order is required. File be consigned
to the record room.
