In para No.4 thereof, it is mentioned that Ramesh Chand and Ram Dutt Sharma (petitioners) had joined the investigation and arrested in this case, whereas the present petition has been filed on behalf of the said persons for grant of anticipatory bail.
In view of the fact that the petitioners have already been arrested, this petition has become infructuous.
Dismissed as infructuous accordingly.
