After arguing for some time learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw this petition but requests that the petitioner will surrender before the Illaqa Magistrate who should be directed to decide his petition for regular bail expeditiously.
I find it to be a fair request.
In the circumstances this petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, in case the petitioner surrenders before the Court and moves an application for regular bail, the same shall be disposed of expeditiously but in any case within five days.
