On December 20th , 2010, the following order was passed by Nirmaljit Kaur, J. :-
“ xxx xxx xxx
In the meanwhile, the petitioner, if arrested, shall be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall join investigation as and when required by the police and shall comply with conditions specified in Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.”
Learned State counsel has stated that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is not required for custodial interrogation.
In view of above, order dated December 20th , 2010
is made absolute.
