This is an application for pre-arrest bail filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure by Jugal Kishore Seth-petitioner in case bearing First Information Report (for short 'FIR') No.215 dated May 16th , 2010 under Sections 406, 420, 498-A read with Section 120-B and Sections 465, 468 and 471 of Indian Penal Code, Police Station Civil Lines, Amritsar.
