This is a petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C for issuance of directions to the Additional Sessions Judge, Gurdaspur to decide expeditiously the anticipatory bail application dated 23.12.2010 filed by the petitioners in FIR No.236 dated 21.12.2010 under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 IPC registered at Police Station City Gurdaspur, District Gurdaspur, which is pending since 24.12.2010.
In view of the short prayer made, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to decide the same on the next date of hearing, in accordance with law.
